Night-Time Series

A couple weeks ago I was up north at my parents cottage in Huntsville, Ontario. I drove up late Saturday night with my girlfriend, and on the way I noticed a couple of newer buildings that are very nicely lit at night. Seeing these buildings sparked the idea to go out late at night and take pictures around town. Huntsville has a small town, country feel to it, and I thought that it would be perfect to capture Main St. at night with the lights.

After finishing Main St. at around 12:30 am, I decided I was too tired to hit the other buildings that I saw on the drive the previous night. Now regretting not shooting those buildings, I have decided to start a series of photos that are night shots of small towns or single buildings. There are many pictures of big cities, internationally, but not as many small towns, so I would like to try to capture those. So stay tuned for more of these types of pictures.
